How do you ship packages for paid shipping options?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our Brazil warehouse are shipped through EMS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 240 countries around the world. However, there are some very few locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information for the paid shipping options?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
FREE SHIPPING
For Free Shipping, we select the lowest cost but safest method to ship. Delivery time for this method is hard to gauge as it has known to take anywhere from as short as 2 weeks to as long as 12 weeks for you to receive your item. TRACKING INFORMATION

Refunds

SEA-Malls’ return policy spans 30 days. This means, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we would not be able to offer a refund or an exchange. To complete your return, we do not require a receipt or proof of purchase. However, please, do not send your purchase back to our warehouse or the manufacturer until we have requested for you to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) – Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error – Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over S$20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
