All orders can be cancelled anytime unless they have already been shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
As your product will take some time to reach us from the factory, you can change your address anytime BEFORE we send it out to you from Singapore. This can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks from your purchase date. Please note, liquid items and large items are shipped directly from the factory to your address. This is due to restrictions imposed by the Singapore postal system.

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. The guaranteed period is reflected in the shipping option you selected. You can ask for a refund through a message with the details on our Contact Us page. Do include your order number.
SEA-Malls’ return policy spans 30 days. This means, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we would not be able to offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we do not require a receipt or proof of purchase. However, please, do not send your purchased item(s) back to our Singapore, China or Brazil warehouse OR the factory or manufacturer directly until we have requested for you to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the original shipping fees we incurred will be deducted and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please write to Professor Owl. Use the ‘Send Message‘ button on the SEA-Malls Contact us page.
To return your product, please write to Professor Owl. Use the ‘Send Message‘ button on the SEA-Malls Contact us page. You will then receive further instructions on the return and when the Professor will send you a new one.
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over S$20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
